Mike DeAngelo

Mike DeAngelo, owner of RAD Community Fitness, brings over 30 years of experience in athletic strength training and conditioning, with a background that spans ice hockey, CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and distance running. After serving in the U.S. Army and spending years in corporate management, Mike returned to his passion for fitness, leaving corporate life in 2023 to pursue his vision of helping others build strength and resilience through dynamic training programs.

At RAD Community Fitness, Mike’s approach combines physical and mental conditioning to foster athletic growth and personal development. His programs focus on strength, functional movements, and mental toughness, empowering participants to excel not only in sports but in life. Through RAD, Mike is dedicated to sharing the transformative power of fitness, helping individuals reach their goals and build lasting confidence.

Hannah Morton, PhD

Hannah is a CrossFit Level-2 certified trainer and CrossFit Kids certified, with over seven years of experience in group fitness coaching and personal training. She began her CrossFit journey in 2013, seeking to overcome a plateau in traditional fitness classes and learn how to lift heavier weights. She relocated to upstate New York in 2015 to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology, where she met her now-husband, Mike.

Hannah has competed in both local and national CrossFit competitions and has also trained in powerlifting and functional fitness, including use of odd objects and strongman-inspired movements. She is frequently accompanied by her service dog, an adopted Boxer mix named Cooper. Hannah and Cooper are equally passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for neurodivergent athletes, supporting acclimation to fitness spaces, and using movement as a key piece of emotion regulation and social inclusion.
