Multiple Class Offerings

Group classes

Group Classes create a dynamic environment centered on general athletic strength and conditioning, ideal for groups of 6-15 kids. While offering less individualized specialization compared to other training formats, these classes encourage healthy competition and teamwork. Participants benefit from engaging in fun, social fitness activities that promote physical development and foster positive social interaction.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training offers a more specialized environment tailored to the specific needs and goals of small groups of 2-5 kids. Sessions are scheduled and organized based on participants' similar strength and fitness objectives, allowing for focused coaching and targeted progress. Smaller group size ensures more individualized attention while still fostering teamwork and healthy competition. This format provides an ideal balance between personalized training and the social benefits of working alongside peers.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons provide the highest level of personalized training, uniquely tailored to the client’s individual needs and objectives. Each session is crafted to boost performance in targeted areas, employing specialized exercises and strategies that address your strengths and areas for improvement. With one-on-one guidance, private lessons ensure a customized approach that promotes optimal progress, maximizing athletic development and overall fitness potential.
